Reviews and Ratings
Walking into the room felt like stepping into Phoenix, Arizona, with a spacious layout, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired, as there were stains and even some moldy chicken in the fridge. The service, though, was top-notch, with staff being very accommodating and helpful, providing answers to all our inquiries promptly. The location was perfect, close to everything, but the downside was the uninvited fleas that plagued the area, despite not having a pet. The dining experience had good selections, especially for someone with severe food allergies, although some items seemed artificial and less appetizing. Overall, the hotel excelled in service and location but fell short on cleanliness and dining quality.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, close to everything and perfect for exploring the area, but the dining options left something to be desired. The rooms were comfortable, but being located under the steps at the back door was not ideal.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and always eager to help. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. The dining options were good, with a decent selection. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, although a bit pricey for a three-night stay. The service was exceptional, and the location was convenient. The dining experience exceeded my expectations. However, some facilities are still in the process of being remodeled.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The dining experience offered good choices, but lacking in gluten-free options. The rooms were clean and comfortable overall, but the noise from the ice maker was a bit disruptive.
The hotel is in a beautiful location in downtown Portland by the food trucks. The rooms were quite spacious but unfortunately, it's right across from what might be the loudest ice maker in the world. The service was genuinely friendly and helpful, although the dining options were lacking gluten-free choices.
